Quinnipiac freshman Harold Washington was arrested Friday in the latest development in Quinnipiac's recent chain of hate crimes.

Washington, an African-American basketball player, was charged with third-degree intimidation based on bigotry and bias, second-degree harassment and second degree breach of peace.

At Tuesday's USG meeting, Aissata Camara, vice president of academic affairs and student representative of Baruch's Facilities Committee, revealed that those responsible for cleaning the bathrooms have not been.

At a Facilities Committee meeting in September, this issue was raised and a process known as "checks and balances" was established in which an advisor would check to make sure bathrooms were receiving proper maintenance.
